About Shaw Real Estate Owner

Prior to forming Shaw Real Estate, LLC in 2010, Sherry had worked in the Property Management Industry with two local companies and has managed up to 700 long term and vacation properties.

Sherry knew exactly what was missing with the other property management companies... Customer Service! Not only for her owners but for her tenants as well. Sherry believes in the hands-on approach and makes herself available to her owner/clients and her tenants/customers.

Sherry saw the need for a brokerage that could serve as an expert for the Southeastern North Carolina Empire, which is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing in the Nation. Our region has shown the potential to be a leader in Sales and Property Management. This inspired Sherry to build Shaw Real Estate, LLC. Since 2010 Sherry continues to grow her business and is striving to become a cornerstone in the rental community.

The focus of this brokerage is to service Southeastern North Carolina region including the cities of Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Hampstead, Rocky Point, Leland, Surf City/Topsail Beach and Carolina/Kure Beach areas.

When Sherry isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Gauge, family and friends.

Sherry strongly believes in supporting the community and providing her clients with the service and experience they deserve.

Also, Sherry hopes that everyone will check out the local animal shelters and pet rescues to save their next furry friend.
